Richard is brave enough to say what other people only think. He is very laid back, forthright and honest. We are looking to do a lot more work together in the future and I am looking forward to it. Tim Chappell of WPA is a great guy – very passionate about his business. What came across most was the fact that he genuinely believes in his product/service and genuinely cares about people. Private Health is actually very cheap and in my view people are nuts not to buy it! I have taken out a corporate policy to protect my staff – after all they are the most valuable assets within my business.
