1-2-1 Session form
An important part of being a member of any BNI-chapter is participating in 1 - 2 - 1 sessions: getting to know other members better. The more you know about a member's business the better you're able find quality referrals for your colleague BNI-member. And vice-versa of course, 1 - 2 - 1's are two-way traffic.
BNI-Ashford has created a specific 1 - 2 - 1 session recording form (downloadable, click here). The form has simple instructions how to fill in and how to return it for recording it on the BNI-Ashford blog.
Remember: every participant of a 1 - 2 - 1 session gains. There's gain in knowledge, gain in understanding each other businesses better and gain in links for the published session to your own website.
The more sessions you participate in, the more knowledge you gain, the more links you receive.

A great idea Karin,thanks for taking over this from me ! Just goes to show how fortunate it was for BNI Ashford that I reluctantly relinquished the privilege of carrying around the 1 2 1 stand.

It was time the 1-2-1 recording moved to the 21th century anyway.

I thought the board as a very good idea, so we can track members' progress and make the new members feel welcome. But we could improve it by announcing the 1-2-1s done that week at the weekly meeting.
What do you think?
